Tub spout unthreads by turning counterclockwise from affront rear 1/2 in. or 3/4 in. IPS pipe nipple. Replacement spout threads back on again, using the 3/4 inch rear mount threads without adapter, or 1/2 inch IPS with adapter. Constructed from solid brass for durability and a premium look.
