The heavy-duty cast-iron cooking grates offer exceptional heat retention ensuring great delicious results. There is an innovative V-channel design on the reverse to baste foods in their own juices. These specific grates are big and expanded compared to other common smokers.
This Broil King smoker has dual-purpose stainless steel charcoal trays that also help diffuse smoke from the offset chamber. There is a front shelf that has 4 tool hooks to easily access your grilling tools. Clean up hassle-free with the all-stainless steel ashtrays that are located below the charcoal trays in each barrel to quickly and easily throw away any built-up ash.
